The Challenge for me with this card was to actually take a decent photo of it (so I apologize now for the rather dull photo). I decided to try a check pattern in my cute Little Mouse's Dungarees by colouring with the pink pen then drawing the check pattern on with the blender pen which then gives you a subtle check pattern.

Graph'It Marker Challenge 24 Colour Mixing / Anything Goes!

Hi everyone 

This week Team B was challenged to ...
Make your own custom colour shade using the Mix’it Palette

This great Palette is a special substrate which enables you to use your Graph'It markers on it and then mix the colours using your blender pen or Mix'It fluid, so you can mix your own colour choices! Woohoo! The great thing is that it's totally reusable so you can just save it forever to be reused or you can wipe it clean with some Mix'it solution if you want to reuse the sheet. There are 3 A4 sheets in each pack and if you want to try it you can get it here and here!

Hi everyone and welcome to our ...
24 Days of Christmas Event

To thank you all for your continued support of Whimsy Stamps, the Whimsy design team are holding a fun Christmas event here on the blog in the run up to Christmas!

Every day from 1st to 24th December, a member of the design team will be sharing a brand new Whimsy holiday creation here on the Whimsy blog.  Included in these daily posts will be a LETTER.  Visit us every day, make a note of each letter and keep them safe.  Once you have collected all 24 letters, you should be able to unscramble them and make a 4 word phrase.  Email your phrase to whimsystampscontests@gmail.com by 31st December 2013, and if you've guessed correctly, you will be entered into the draw to win a fantastic GRAND PRIZE! 

But that's not all!  We will also be running some fun SPOT PRIZES throughout the entire event.  The prizes could be hidden here on the Whimsy blog or on our design team member's blogs, so be sure to leave a comment here and on our DT's blog posts each day to be in with a chance to win!

 My Winter Wonderland  scene has had lots of Icicle stickles added to give it a festive feel

Penguin Joy

Hi Everyone I'm just popping on to share with you a little something that I am busy working on I can't show you the top of it as it has the persons name on it and i don't want to give the game away just yet wink wink!

I have made 4 milk cartons to fill with goodies and a little carrier for them to sit in all made with the new sweet treats board from crafters companion, I decided to add a cute little image by Whimsy Stamps called Penguin Joy (sorry about the dark photo it is so dark and damp here at the moment) My cute little image has been coloured with Graph'It Markers in the following colours
